Job Description
Alpine is seeking highly-motivated professionals to join our sales team at our corporate office in Lincoln Park, Chicago. As a new inside sales consultant you will be part of a consistently growing team that will serve as the customer-facing drivers of our business success. You will be empowered to connect early and often with customers building new business relationships and improving existing contacts experience. You will serve as the central point of contact across all inbound opportunities, closing deals, and maintaining excellent customer experiences.
You will be expected to utilize your self-driven motivation to drive your own financial success across a fair and competitive comp plan. You will sell high quality equipment that is in stock and ready to ship on the same day. You will be encouraged to think outside of the box to get deals closed.
Requirements
Enjoy fast-paced work handling multiple duties simultaneously
Professional, positive demeanor; extroverted, warm, and friendly with customers
Self-starter who is eager and ambitious to put in the effort required to succeed
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work with ambiguity well and solve problems while aligning with company values
Able to work as a team when necessary
Knowledge of HVAC industry is an advantage but not required
