As a sales representative, you will establish, develop and maintain business relationships, offering a broad spectrum of products and services in order to meet [and exceed] sales volume and profit goals in a team-based environment. Additionally, you will:
Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses and credit terms * Recommend products to customers based on customers' needs and interests * Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service * Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features and solicit orders * Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates * Identify prospective customers through business directories, leads from existing clients, telephone canvassing, face-to-face cold calling, participation in organizations and clubs and attendance at trade shows and conferences * Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices and sales
An ideal sales representative at Interior Solutions will come with:
