Staff Accountant Job Opening in Dallas, Texas - Looking for an Accountant. Bachelors degree required. Ideal candidate should have a strong background working with Excel and Quick Books and have strong analytical abilities.
Tasks include:
1) Reconciling data in Quick Books such as entering payment receivables, following up with customers for past dues, and sending past due invoices and proof of deliveries to customers for payments. Other tasks include creating and issuing credit memos, reconciling bank statements, etc.
2) Candidate will also be working together with current team to ensure smooth operations of office and assisting in various tasks such as answering incoming phone calls, taking customer orders, orders, entering and processing invoices in Quick Books, and generating shipping labels in UPS Ground or similar programs to give to warehouse staff for processing, etc.
3) Candidate will also be providing general administrative support for the sales and marketing team.
