Demonstrate clinical competence to evaluate all residents need
order administer and record medications and treatments
Observe residents for any changes and report to supervisor
Verify Physician orders, coordinate testing/treatment
Document resident information regarding health status and respond to care plan goals
Develop implement and communicate measurable goals and admission/discharge plans
All other nursing duties according to policy and procedures
