Our software development team has websites, web services and mobile apps powered by the technology stack and runs on Azure cloud with SQL Server and NoSQL datastores. Other tools/tech/concepts: MVC, ORM, CSS, Javascript
Responsibilities:
-Programming: frontend and backend
-Cloud-based services development and maintenance
-Build data-driven web applications, web services and mobile apps
-Provide logistical support to our office and field staff
Qualifications:
-Enrolled in an accredited university, pursuing a BS degree in Computer Science / Engineering. Undergrad juniors/seniors or Masters, GPA 3.0+ (or equivalent work experience)
-Coursework or understanding of object-oriented programming/design
-Curiosity and desire to learn and excel with new technologies and tools
-Excellent verbal and written technical documentation skills
-Self-motivated to learn and gets stuff done
Bonus points for:
-Bilingual candidates in English and Spanish
-Has side projects/products that are in production and/or customer facing
-History of OSS contributions (Include Github or relevant links)
-Demonstrated expertise in at least one area of development for websites or web services or mobile apps
