Regional Sales Manager Job Opening in Houston, Texas - Wylander, is recruiting a Regional Sales Manager for Borri Power (US) Inc., located in Houston, TX. Since 1932, Borri Power has been developing high quality electrical power systems. They are seeking a candidate that can provide exceptional customer service, while building new relationships with organizations to continue the growth of the company. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the design and execution of product applications and sales strategies and programs for company products in target markets. They will strive to maintain and consistently enhance the company's or affiliates? competitive position in the marketplace. The RSM will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing, coordinate and direct account activity in their region required to build and expand Borri?s market share. This person will cover the Gulf Coast Region (TX LA, MS, AL, OK & AR).

Base salary: $65,000-$85,000

Responsibilities:
Create and establish sales strategies and business plans to maximize revenues and profits in assigned target markets; retain and grow sales, and profitability through proactive management of assigned customers; research and identify new potential target accounts
Manage the sale of AC & DC backup power products with a focus on the Oil and Gas Market sector
Work with sales leaders to establish sales plans, growth strategies and channel strategies to grow through partnerships and alliances on a national basis
Support and manage all stages of the sales cycle to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals in assigned target markets
Manage, evaluate, measure, and review sales forecasting activities and sales performance to goals
Develop customer sales presentations that help in the achievement of market sales by addressing pricing, merchandising, distribution, promotions, and logistics
Coordinate and Represent Borri at trade shows to promote company products and programs
Develop, manage and distribute price lists, presentations and purchasing agreements
Manage all technical, sales, service and commercial issues relating to the assigned target accounts using the corporate support staff
Requirements:
5+ years previous experience working in an outside sales role
Knowledge of the AC & DC backup power products and markets is a must
Ability to travel up to 60% of the year
Excellent computer skills, including internet knowledge and working proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and database applications
Proven, successful sales track record
Ability to maintain a quality and service oriented attitude
Must be a self-starter and able to take initiative
Proven ability in creating new business and client relationships is a must
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
