Accountant III Job Opening in Boulder, Colorado - We are seeking a highly motivated team player to oversee all finance and accounting functions including budgeting, forecasting, general ledger accounting, accounts payable, billing, accounts receivable, financial statement preparation and management reporting. As a leader of our accounting team you will be working directly with our CEO and asked to provide day to day support of our financial records.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following
Provide monthly cash needs forecast to the CEO.
Coordinate and document accounts payable files and ensure all bills are paid accurately and in a timely fashion.
Perform a variety of accounting functions including audit testing for numerous financial accounts, test of controls, and documentation of accounting systems.
Serve as the financial representative to the company?s executive leadership team. Work with other financial leaders to organize and financial reports in order to provide guidance to be ultimately used to make business decisions.
Perform a formal review of all balance sheet accounts for 3 legal entities to ensure compliance with US GAAP.
Performing all accounting and grant administration functions.
Qualifications
MS in Accounting with at least 5+ years of experience.
MBA
Accounting Licenses
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
Skills/Knowledge Required :
Quickbooks ( 5+ years), NetSuite, Microsoft Office ( 10+ years), Excel ( 5+ years)
