At the beginning of your career, you are going to be marketing. A lot! Each of our agents is to build high level partnerships with strategic individuals and businesses around town, in an effort to create a constant stream of leads. We do not chase small fish here, so we want people who think BIG! And yes, we have a specific plan of action to help you find the right partnerships. If you have the work ethic, and the ability to put yourself out there, it is not hard to make this happen- you just have to do it. Our method is proven in over 50 cities across the US with a great success rate.
Once you build your referral base, the job is becomes highly computer and phone based, so agents must be efficient at navigating Windows computers, as well as have a strong presence and confidence on the phone.
You will earn a small stipend to get going, but eventually this is a commission only position, so our agents need to be driven, well-spoken, self starting individuals willing to build their own book of business. Each representative working at our agency also has the ability to earn residual income from their clients - the income opportunity grows with time, so commitment is another quality we seek in our employees, and the ability to prove that you have committed to something in the past is preferred.
Leadership experience preferred.
Experience in sales is not necessary. but it is preferred.
Experience in insurance is not necessary either. We handle all industry based education and training needed, so you will feel confident once it is time to blow up your book.
