We need a talented individual to fill the role of a Sales Representative for Greentree?s commercial IT managed services offerings in Austin, TX. The service is called Back To Business I.T. To learn more, go to . In this position, the ideal candidate will be connected in the community and have strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. The primary focus of the Sales Representative is to generate revenue by identifying businesses that would benefit from our product and services by using a consultative selling approach to make sure we meet the customer?s needs. You will work with prospects by handling onsite appointments, following up via phone, email, and in person.
Essential Job Duties:
Follow-up on self-generated leads by networking.
Provide exceptional client service to existing clients by being responsive to requests, identifying needs and offering solutions to issues.
Developing relationships and increasing sales volumes by expanding knowledge of service offerings.
Contact assigned accounts based upon quarterly plan.
Communicates technical service knowledge.
Gather and submit detailed business information for presentations of solutions to identified customers.
Communicate client?s current I.T. environment/needs back to BTBIT Technicians.
Identify key target markets and businesses in the Austin, TX area.
Proactively cultivate new business by prospecting and networking.
Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
Solicit new sales from existing and new clients.
Work with prospects to develop an understanding of their needs.
Prepare presentations and quotes for clients and effectively communicate features and benefits of solutions to manage prospect expectations.
Attend trade shows and networking events to represent the Company.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
Work with Technicians to communicate issues to the client.
Local travel may be required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor?s Degree. A minimum of five years? experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Demonstrated level of success in networking and development of client relationships.
Strong organizational, presentation and customer service skills.
High energy and drive with good negotiation skills.
Independent thinker, focused, and motivated.
Skilled in preparing written communications and materials, proficient with general office applications.
Previous managed IT services, IT consulting, or technology sales experience.
Must have experience in Business to Business (B2B) marketplace.
Ability to quickly acquire basic knowledge of services required to conduct effective sales calls.
Highly self-motivated and directed with a keen attention to detail.
Strong written/oral communication skills.
Candidates must be U.S. Citizens.

Active member in community organizations.
