Sales and Community Relations Job Opening in Santa Fe, New mexico - Kingston Residence of Santa Fe has an opportunity for a Senior Sales and Community Relations professional for our Assisting Living and Independent Living retirement community.
The purpose of this position is to build, grow, and maintain facility census by providing prospective residents and/or responsible parties with appropriate information and assistance for admission to the facility, conducting personalized visitations to all primary referral sources.
Job Duties:
Make sales calls to potential referral sources to include, but not limited to, senior centers, religious and faith-based organizations, civic groups, hospitals and other key referral sources.
Develop aggressive sales strategies designed to grow the referral volume of KRSF.
Participate with Corporate Office in the development of local media and marketing campaigns specifically designed to grow census.
Implement sales strategies designed to position Kingston as the community of choice.
Ability to lead a sales team to continual success in growth revenue and career development.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with strong emphasis in sales aptitude
Ability to develop, maintain and effectively manage a personal professional network
Understanding of healthcare services, sales and marketing
Organization, passion and integrity
Required Experience:
Must be 21 years of age.
College degree with a major or minor in sales and/or marketing preferred.
2 years of experience in relationship sales in a health care environment or proven aptitude in sales and marketing.
Prior sales experience in assisted living or independent living is preferred.
Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel the region.
