Patient Care Coordinator Job Opening in Boulder, Colorado - We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Family Hearing team. As an introductory job in the hearing healthcare industry, it is imperative to posses great customer service skills and be easily teachable with a willingness to grow. This individual should have the ability to capture opportunities for appointments and a natural desire to give our guests the best patient experience possible. Family Hearing prides itself on providing the utmost individualized care with the help of the most advanced digital hearing technology on the market today. Some of the duties will include:
Greet customers and patients
Schedule patient appointments
Verify patient insurance coverage, and follow up on
Place outbound calls to new customers and former patients for the purpose of building business and scheduling follow-up hearing tests and consultations
Input information into our office management system
Clean and maintain equipment and instruments
Effectively manage inventory
Travel to either Broomfield, Lafayette, or Boulder office to help out with other PCC duties if needed
Be willing to participate in community outreach events to promote Family Hearing and build referral database.
Your proven ability to interact with guests and clinic personnel in a professional way will be critical to your success. Your ability to multitask and stay organized will be an essential part of your daily performance.
