Our Outside Sales Representatives position is for the individual that wants no cap on their earnings. Simply said, the harder you work, the more you earn! We are looking for hard working individuals that want to be part of an elite group of Sales Representatives.
This is a commission based pay.
Qualifications for Outside Sales Representative with Freedom Construction :
MUST have a minimum of 1 year related sales experience
MUST have experience with a cold sales
MUST have excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
MUST have a vehicle, valid driver?s license, and be willing to travel
MUST own a cell phone and be open to using it for business
MUST have a positive attitude and be self-motivated, dedicated to delivering excellence and performance
MUST be willing to work a flexible work schedule, including weekends
MUST be able to physically hold and climb a ladder
Requirements for Outside Sales Representative with Freedom Construction:
Use all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn them into customers
Work to accumulate new leads and maintain relationships with existing clients
Keep all client information up-to-date
Remain well informed about industry trends and current events in the area to identify potential opportunities for growth
Benefits:
$100,000 - $250,000/year average compensation for first year
