Data Clerk - Food and Beverage
This position is responsible for:
Processing daily food & beverage requisitions from all restaurant outlets.
Entry of food & beverage requisitions into tracking spreadsheet.
Entry of food & beverage price updates from vendor invoices into tracking spreadsheet.
Assisting with monthly food & beverage physical inventory procedure.
Reconciling banquet bar cart inventories/sales upon completion of banquet event.
Updating MSDS safety sheets.
Assisting the Food & Beverage Cost Accounting Manager as necessary.
The ideal candidate will need to have:
High school diploma or equivalent.
One to two years of experience in the accounting field.
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
Accurate data entry.
Keen attention to detail.
Good understanding of basic unit of measurement conversions.
Ability to be a team player with positive energy and a professional demeanor.
Clear concise verbal and written communication.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
Must be over 21 years of age.
Food and beverage industry experience (preferred).
Salary: D.O.E
