An excellent planning, architecture, and engineering firm --- seeking an Architectural Project Captain to support a backlog of projects! The Project Captain is responsible for working closely with Clients, Project Managers and Project Architects on the production of design development and contract documents from conceptual designs, project budgets and hourly projections; research and implementation of code requirements; engineering coordination; specification review; shop drawing review, construction administration and periodic site visits.
Also, the Project Captain should be proficient in AutoCAD and able to manage team members to meet the project deadlines.
Experience:
At least 5+ years of Architectural experience is required. Must be AutoCAD proficient. BIM software knowledge is desired. Degree in Architecture is preferred but not required
