Newly Funded ML Startup our Client is a machine learning platform company focused on medical applications. They are a two-sided marketplace that enables radiologists to take advantage of the recent advances in machine learning by providing algorithm developers a streamlined commercialization pathway, removing integration headaches, and generating sales.
Our Client has recently received a strategic investment from a well established Medical Software Imaging Vendor, an advanced image visualization system that is deployed in over 2000 hospitals. We can now leverage the Investor relationship content and sales and marketing organization, and many support services.
In addition, because we are both young and also well-funded, we can offer a qualified candidate great salary and equity as well as job security. We are looking for someone to help design and build our platform and its integrations.
This role will have the opportunity to quickly grow into a development team lead. We are looking for an experienced software engineer who:
Feels comfortable both working on a team and working with great independence Has experience with many back end languages, frameworks, and technologies *bonus* machine learning experience *bonus* medical technology experience Our tech stack may evolve in a few different directions, but right now we use: Typescript with NodeJS back end Our back end makes heavy use of the Docker API, as well as a number of Amazon Web Services Typescript with React / SASS / Webpack front end We provide example code and help researchers integrate with our platform using Python, Matlab, and C++ using a number of different machine learning frameworks.
