Company Benefits:
Salary $40,000/year + Bonus
Bonus Opportunities:
50+ enrollments = $3,000 ($60 per enrollment)o
75+ enrollments = $6,000 ($80 per enrollment)
100+ enrollments = $9,000 ($90 per enrollment)
101+ enrollments = $100 for each enrollment (retroactively to enrollment #1)
All sales must be on the books for a minimum of 90 days to be eligible for payment 50% of payment will be made on 12/15/17, balance paid on 4/15/2018
$600 sign on bonus for currently licensed health insurance agents (in good standing)
Travel allowance: $200/month
Paid time off & paid holidays
Seasonal with the potential for year-round employment
Medical & 401(k) eligibility after one year
If you currently do not hold a health Insurance license, Bloom offers paid training at $10/hour (Your salary will increase to $40,000.00/year once you pass your licensing exam!)
Purpose and Objective
The Field Sales Agent meets with prospective customers in their homes or other designated areas in order to generate sales for company clients. Agents will be assigned leads for follow-up and may also conduct seminars and/or lead other events as assigned by market leaders.
Essential Functions (Primary)

Meet with prospective customers in response to inside sales inquiries (with the goal of??)
Generate outside sales to meet or exceed the sales plan
Conduct sales seminars at various locations
Set up and operate information tables throughout territory
Ensure a positive customer experience and satisfaction through relationship building
Work within set performance measurements designated by the clients and company
Properly record work activity
Use Ascend to manage leads and record enrollments
Maintain a positive attitude at all times in the field
Attend required company meetings
Complete required training and programs
Effectively demonstrate sales materials
Daily travel will be required for this position
Other tasks as assigned

High school diploma or GED.
Licensure in Life, Health and Accident and/or ability to complete this requirement prior to hire date
Maintain a Valid Driver?s license
Acceptable Motor Vehicle Report,(MVR)Skills/Knowledge
Must be knowledgeable about program(s) and effectively answer prospect questions * Prior outside sales or customer service skills preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self- motivated
Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time, talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. You will be required to make multiple home visits which may require the ability to maneuver stairs, and daily walking. You may be required to move boxes of presentation materials for seminars, up to 40lbs.
