Job Description: Allstate is currently seeking an outside sales professional for our Westside/Southbay territory. This position requires proficient customer service and account management skills. Strong closing skills and prior presentation experience preferred. We are looking to hire 1 dynamic professional who is interested in a unique company profit sharing compensation program. Compensation: Salary - $2000.00 Commission Structure � As the company grows, so does the compensation of our sales team. All salespeople will receive a 5% residual commission that continues as long as Allstate keeps the account. For example, every $1000 in new business will be an additional $50 per month ongoing. Every month will be an increase in each sales representatives income as long as performance standards are met.
