We are currently looking for a SQL Developer Analyst to join our client?s Business Systems & Reporting Team in their national headquarters based in Wilmington, DE. This position will work with multiple business operations teams to plan, design, develop, and implement various strategic business information reporting systems to solve complex business issues. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have an outgoing personality, consistently demonstrated mental agility, very strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude with a tenacious desire to learn. They should have 2-5 years of experience reporting frameworks and querying data in a MS SQL/SSRS/SSIS environment for use in real world business situations. They should also have a determined work ethic and be confident to tackle new challenges.
Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, automate and implement efficient reporting solutions for crucial business processes and business intelligence initiatives
Work with the Finance Team in managing a custom SQL/SSRS/SSIS Job Costing process to produce monthly financial reporting
Work with the Finance Team to assist in managing of the Time, Billing, and Expenses processes and related systems
Innovate solutions to enhance the monthly management reporting and analysis process
Work collaboratively with various teams to report and integrate from/to other systems and data sources
Manage various databases to maintain maximum efficiency
Provide 5 Star Client Service to internal ?clients? to help them achieve their objectives (Operations Team, Market Leadership Team, and Professional Resources)
Implement additional systems directives as outlined by supervisor
Support the other internal operations departments with ad-hoc systems related projects
Work with and support Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015/16 and associated applications/ systems
Work with and support Microsoft Power BI
Maintain current knowledge of emerging IT software architectures and technologies and apply those concepts to the development process as required

Qualifications/ Requirements:
Four-year MIS, IT, or comparable degree strongly preferred
Hands-on relational database experience required (SQL, Oracle, etc.)
Must be able to write complex queries, stored procedures, etc.
Understanding of object oriented programming and/or relational database management systems required * Advanced MS Excel working knowledge required
Experience in a corporate setting preferred
Experience with accounting or financial systems strongly desired
Working comprehension of C#, , or other frameworks and/or programing languages a plus
