Schedule: 25 hours/week; Mon 9am-6:15pm, Wednesday 1pm-6:15pm, Thursday 1pm-6:15pm, Friday 1pm-6:15pm (no Tuesdays)

Position Description
Provide excellent service to clients by greeting them in a warm, friendly and welcoming manner, answering phone calls and setting appointments.
Neurofeedback Practitioner. Go through educational process and continue to educates self on Neurofeedback. Provide brain maps (QEEG?s, set patients up on Neurofeedback.
Assist clients by completing required documentation, enter all pertinent information into the computer, and ensure excellent communication with both the clients and doctors.
Use your outstanding customer service skills to assist outgoing clients with prescription items and instructions, and scheduling future appointments.
Enter all insurance information into the computer; follow up with insurance companies to ensure all claims are paid. Communicate with clients as needed on outstanding invoices. Track billing and payments of services provided to clients.
Assist patients in clinic rooms with various tests and samples as requested by Doctors.
Assists in maintaining cleanliness of therapy rooms, common areas.
Conduct product inventory bi-weekly to monthly.
Required Qualifications
College degree
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Well organized, detail-oriented and ability to multi-task
Computer skills including Word and Outlook, Excel a must
Business and Marketing Experience
moderate math & accounting skills, ability to effectively use calculator
Comfort with human bodies and patient contact
Positive and outgoing personality; open-minded
Dog friendly
Commitment to learn and grow with a dynamic practice
Basic knowledge and interest in nutrition and natural health care
Preferred Qualifications
Strong knowledge of medical insurances a plus
Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word, Microsoft outlook
Degree in a business related field or work equivalent preferred
