Job Summary: ThreeWire, Inc. is looking for a research coordinator (or someone with similar experience) to assist with processing patient referrals on several clinical trial studies. The Enrollment Assistant will primarily assist with pre-screening referrals and scheduling office appointments. This is a part-time, temporary, contract position , with flexible work hours, up to 40 hours per week for approximately 5 months (with a potential to go longer). Work hours are flexible, but minimum of 20 hours per week is preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Calling incoming patient referrals on telephone
Screening patient referrals based upon criteria of study to determine if the patient is eligible for the study
Data entry of key information regarding each candidate screened
Maintenance and daily updates of multiple online portals to track patient interactions
Preferred Job Requirements:
Preferred: Clinical Research/Healthcare background
Customer service experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
