Suit Sales-Non Commission Job Opening in Greensboro, North carolina - We are looking for part time afternoons and weekends. We are hiring for cashier and Suit Sales associates.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensure that each customer receives outstandingcustomer service by greeting each customer, answering questions, and assisting inmerchandise selection.
2. Stock/restock merchandise according to specified parameters, i.e. color,size and category. 3. Arrange and maintain neat presentation of merchandise on selling floor.
4. Ensure all returned and displaced merchandise is properly allocated toappropriate areas.
5. Assist with handling customer transactions, including: purchases,exchanges, store credits, and returns.
6. Assist with recovery and zoning of sales floor on a daily basis.
7. Learn, retain, and communicate information regarding features and benefitsof all merchandise to customers.
8. Complete accurate size measurements on customers.
9. Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge information, merchandise,promotions, and advertisements.
10. Incorporate suggestive selling techniques when assisting customers.
11. Ensure no mismatched merchandise is purchased or returned to the sales-floor.
12. Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of the fitting room areaincluding returning merchandise to sales floor as needed.
13. Communicate and work with associates, customers, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
14. Assist with general housekeeping.
