Prospect all leads provided
Prepare estimates
Resolve customer inquiries
Follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Qualifications:
3+ years of previous experience in sales, in-home sales preferred
Passion for home improvement
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
50%-70% closing ration
