Rodent Control Field Sales Rep Job Opening in Dallas, Texas - Omega Animal Removal is looking for a clean cut, outgoing Field Sales Representative and Client Account Manager. We are looking to fill this position immediately. This is seriously a HUGE opportunity to make money, build a career and grow with a young expanding company!

Your job will be to arrive on time, in uniform and in your clean work truck to prospective jobs and then explain to the clients all of the work that needs to be done on their home to remediate the issues they are dealing with (mostly rats, squirrels, raccoons and other animals in the attic). The salesmanship is needed to sell larger jobs and attic insulation work. This is not a "hard close" type of sales environment, however, you must be able to build value and sell our company/services to the prospective leads.
You must also be able and willing to do handyman style work around homes. This is not the main focus of your job, but it is required. You will be managing a crew of guys that are there to do the vast majority of this type of work. However, leadership is shown by example so you will be expected to excel and be the example of how to properly do the physical side of the job as well.
Most of the handyman style work is done on the roof and from extended must be also comfortable with heights and unafraid to move around/ work in tight spaces, as well as attics, crawlspaces and be willing to work with removing and replacing attic insulation. We truly need a jack of all trades so to speak, but we will train anyone that is willing to learn. A strong background in sales and customer service is most essential for this position, but being outgoing and having the ability to clearly and professionally communicate with clients is also equally as important.
As a Field Sales Representative and Client Account Manager, your day to day duties will include but not be limited to:
- Going to leads and selling jobs in your work truck and in uniform
- Keeping in constant contact with clients and scheduling appointments with existing clients and new leads that have been sold
- Leading our team of Wildlife Specialists/ home exclusion technicians for our Houston office
- Resolving issues or complaints from clients and team members
- Consistent and constant communication with upper level management
This job requires a lot of responsibility, dedication, hard work and organization. These are the reason that, to be up front and honest, all of our guys make between 4,000-5,000+ a month right the year should make between 50-60k+. This position is base + commission after training ends. During training you will receive a weekly salary.
Our Dallas office is our head quarters and is expanding rapidly. We are also currently expanding to the west coast. We hold such high standards for our company that we were even the cover story for the Dallas Observer in June. Austin is coming up as well and is in need of some seriously hard working people that want to make good money and be part of something big.
Now, Aside from being sales oriented, clean-cut, professional, motivated and hard working.....
1) You must not be afraid of going into client's homes to inspect their attics and identify rodent infestations.
2) You must be able to pass a drug test to be hired and pass random ones throughout your employment
3) You must be able to work on roofs doing light handyman work that you will be trained to do4) You must be able to work on/with ladders and not be afraid of heights.5) We provide you with a work truck and everything you need.
YOU MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD.
