Responsibilities:
Responsible for company?s accounting including current accounting processes and data entry including but not limited to:
Revenue management (AR, collections, chargebacks)
Cost controls and Accounts Payable management
Other including payroll, benefits, insurance, etc.
Monthly closing of the books
Quarterly and annual financial reporting; statistical tools, KPI, analysis & interpretation * Implement best practices for controls and procedures
Proactively team with other business functions (eg FP&A, BizOps, Operations, Manufacturing, Sales) to resolve accounting issues, identify process inefficiencies, and lead/assist in developing and executing process improvement initiatives and solutions
Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or a related field
2+ years of overall experience. Preferred experience includes:
Experience working in a small company performing full spectrum of accounting functions
Food industry experience (or General CPG) is a plus * Experience scaling the accounting functions in an accelerated growth environment
ERP Systems implementation experience; comfortable with a variety of platforms
Advanced knowledge of excel/financial modeling & management reporting tools
