Software Developer
Description: The Software developer?s role is to support and maintain all Studio software, online services and components, and IT assets.
Job Profile: Working with an innovative video karaoke studio, utilizing advanced audio, video and technology solutions, delivering a one of a kind amusement video game like experience. The role of the developer will be to enhance the existing application, preform bug fixes, trouble shooting and managing the different components of studio resources including desktop software as well as web application components.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Developer will have an in-depth understanding of the software development life cycle
Fluent in multiple programming languages and an expert user of application development tools
Focused primarily on the Microsoft development stack.
Organization standards dictate fluency in the C# language, Framework and Visual Studio proficiency.
Additional Job Requirements
Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) Development, MVC Development, MS SQL Server Development, MySQL Development, HTML/CSS Proficiency, jQuery Development.
Additional Skills:
Audio/Video processing
Microsoft Azure platform
Hardware integration (SDK, Arduino boards and generic interfaces)
Git distributed version control
Familiarity with Arduino boards a plus
Education and Experience: Demonstrated applied knowledge of application programming. Requisite education is a bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent, or an equivalent amount of direct work experience and training. 5+ years developing Desktop Applications and 5+ years developing Web Applications
