RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop your own sales leads
Close leads provided to you
Sales based on customer needs
Establish and maintain strong personal relationships with clients
Exercise a total commitment to success every day
QUALIFICATIONS
Must love to sell!
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Must understand, and act as a trusted adviser for, the general public
Self-motivated and self-sufficient, yet can be a team player
REQUIREMENTS
Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, or telemarketing) is very helpful
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas required
Minimum 2 years of college, with a bachelor's degree preferred
Required to obtain Property & Casualty and Life and Health insurance licenses
