Prepare client project billing (AIA Billing), including collection of all required lien releases
Accounts Receivable
Process customer payments
Collections
Account reconciliations
Financials
Cash Flow Reports
Issue PO?s
Prepare job packets
Review/Prep Commercial contracts for Signature
Project Job costing
Work in progress (WIP)
Oversee Accounts Payable, Payroll and Administrative Departments
Maintain office procedures, create forms and policies as needed
Work closely with owner regarding personnel issues, administrative duties, etc.
Be the ?go to? person who ultimately knows all that is going on
Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of computer software, particularly QuickBooks: Premier Contractor Edition and Microsoft Office, is essential
Office Management experience
Bookkeeping experience in construction industry
Job Type: Full-time
