The Territory Account Manager (TAM) opportunity delivers comprehensive disease prevention, odor control and restroom hygiene programs developed specifically to abate and eliminate safety risks and help prevent the spread of virus, sickness and illnesses.
Position Description: The TAM manages an exclusive geographic territory and their own book of business; the TAM is responsible for acquiring new customers, growing sales and retaining existing customers, learning and sharing knowledge and subject matter expertise with prospects and customers, and providing customers with education, knowledge and awareness through periodic site visits. This is a Hunter role - Hunters only need apply.
We are looking for candidates who reside within 20 miles of Marietta GA with no overnight travel with the exception of our annual convention and 1 continuing education training annually.

What You Will Do:
Develop and manage a large exclusive metro area territory that is your book of business
Discover, cultivate and engage new prospective customers
Build, foster and nurture customer relationships through follow up visits
Develop short and long sales cycle opportunities, with emphasis on industrial, automotive, manufacturing, retail and education industry customers in addition to restaurant, food service and hospitality segments
Perform Hygiene Scorecard Surveys based on the customer?s required visit frequency (weekly, monthly or quarterly) and evaluate each to assess opportunities for customer improvements and savings
Facilitate the sale of Enviro-Master products by making suggestions for improvements with existing products and new innovations
Engage with the management team to clearly communicate customer needs
Attend and participate in area business networking, workshops and sponsored events
Complete the SpeakEasy and Enviro-Master University Territory Account Manager training and become certified
Develop & enhance existing relationships with customers while working independently and maintaining your own schedule
Basic Qualifications:
Ability to engage prospective customers in a conversational dialogue at introduction
Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Exceptional attention to detail
Bachelor?s Degree is preferred but not an absolute requirement
Minimum of one, (1), year Business to Business sales experience
Must have a valid driver?s license, an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record and a viable vehicle
Excellent verbal & written communication skills are required
Preferred Qualifications:
Functional understanding of Facilities Management, Operations Management, Routed Services, (linen, chemical, uniforms, etc), Occupational Health & Safety, Food Safety, Restaurant management is a plus but not required.
Previous business to business value-add sales experience
Bilingual skills ? oral and written ? are a plus
