Agriculture Territory Sales Manager Job Opening in Lincoln, Nebraska - Description and Territories
The sales representative will sell the full product line of ADI products and services. The targeted customer base will be large agricultural farmers throughout the entire sales territory. The territory is Central and SE Nebraska, NW Missouri and Extreme Southeast Iowa.
Responsibilities
Promote and maintain a positive working environment
Surveying and laying out drainage systems for farm fields prior to installation crew arrival
Visit potential customers to explain the benefits of ag sub-surface drainage
Communicate via phone, and in person, with customers and inside personnel to ensure customer satisfaction
Provide inside personnel complete and detailed order information to ensure timely, accurate deliveries of supplies
Build and maintain strong customer base
Maintain strong selling margins as set by management
Collect job data and forward to inside personnel for billing upon job completion.

Compensation Package
An installation sales position is paid salary plus commission. Commissions are distributed monthly and are calculated on paid invoices and gross margins.
Qualifications
Strong sales background, specifically in agricultural applications. Ability to communicate well with customers, farmers, and internal company personnel is a must. Adequate computer skills preferred.
