Assistant Bookkeeping company in Escondido needs a full-time employee to assist with bookkeeping and administrative support. Half of the job will serve as a bookkeeper and the other half will serve as an administrative assistant for real estate (including lead generating, marketing, creating newsletters and flyers, walk-abouts, and other various duties). Qualification Requirements: 1) Proficient in QuickBooks 2) Verifiable experience in bookkeeping and a variety of clerical duties 3) Excellent oral and written communication skills 4) Good math skills 5) Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Publisher 6) Type minimum of 55 WPM 7) Must have a valid driver's license 8) Reliable transportation Conditions of Employment: Applicants are required to successfully complete required background check and screening.
