As an Assistant Store Manager you and your team are the face of T-Mobile, representing our brand by assisting our customers and providing a personalized and exciting experience every time. You assist in making decisions for and with our customers and our company. We expect our team members to create loyal customers, reach out to their community, support their teammates, and enjoy their work! We provide fun and dynamic products, and our team should be fun and dynamic too.
What does an Assistant Store Manager do?
Assist in Managing the overall day to day operations of the store
Assist in Leading the team to drive sales of T-Mobile products and services, achieving and exceeding sales targets
Recruit, train, and help develop employees
Build customer loyalty by providing prompt and exceptional sales and post-sales service
Stay up-to-date on our products, services, promotions, and policies
Be motived, positive, and professional at all times
Meet and uphold company standards as it pertains to T-Mobile branding and customer experience

Must be 18 and have a minimum of a high school diploma
