Appliance Service Technician Job Opening in Portland, Oregon - Seeking experienced Residential Appliance Service Technician. Position will be responsible for managing residential appliance repair within a specified territory and providing excellent customer service with strong corporate support.
You will travel within territory to residential locations to inspect and service major appliances. Responsible for accurately processing paperwork and data entry upon completion of each job. Pre-screen next day service calls to help diagnose problem prior to appointments. Improve and maintain high level in customer satisfaction ratings.
Requirements
3+ years residential appliance repair
Clean driving record
EPA Certification a plus
