This position will be focused on a new team that's being created to support our new product. They will be doing maintenance and new development as well as adding the ability to tie in wearable's into the application. A progressive, healthcare-focused, web application development company in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Project Manager to effectively manage key business projects. The Project Manager is to be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
Duties include: ? Lead the planning and implementation of multiple projects ? Facilitate project planning, definition of goals and management of deliverables ? Define resource requirements and manage resource allocation specific to assigned projects ? Assemble and coordinate project staff to meet project and on-going support needs ? Manage project budgets and invoicing ? Plan and schedule project timelines and track project deliverables using appropriate tools ? Provide direction and support to project team ? Constantly monitor and report on progress of the projects to all stakeholders ? Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions ? Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs ? Facilitate maintenance and on-going improvement opportunities for assigned projects/products
Requirements include:
Bachelor?s degree in IT related field or 5+ years IT Project Management experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient with project management techniques and tools ?
Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management and change management
Exposure and/or experience in healthcare a plus
Additional requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills ?
Strong analytical and problem solving skills ?
Solid presentation and facilitation skills ?
Knowledge of MS Office Suite, including MS Project and SharePoint ?
Diplomatically solve problems and resolve conflict ?
