Home Health Care Administrator Job Opening in Houston, Texas - The well-developed home care agency is looking to hire an Home Care Administrator for our Houston area! We are looking for entrepreneurial, self-motivated individuals who excel at creating & building relationships, and enjoy working in a team environment. Our ideal candidate has a passion for healthcare.
Primary responsibilities include but not limited to:
Developing new referral accounts in the local healthcare and senior care community with elder care industry professionals, organizations and establishments
Deliver presentations to physicians, hospital medical teams and office staff.
Conducting in-home assessments with prospective clients, evaluating their care needs, addressing their questions and concerns, building relationships with their families and converting them into Home Care Assistance clients; Determine sales strategies for our products and services
Coordinating post discharge home care with hospital and skilled nursing facility discharge planners, RNs, social workers and physicians to provide a seamless transition and effective rehabilitation at home for our clients
Representing our services in a professional and creative manner
Answering and actively making calls to prospective clients in need of care/services
Maintain an understanding and awareness of updated industry trends, government regulations, and technical developments that impact markets.
Maintaining accurate records on all prospective and active referral sources
Perform other duties as required to meet the business needs of the company.
