ROLE & SKILLS
This will start out as a full-time temporary position (40 hours with occasional overtime) (you get to try us on before you buy : ) this will lead to a permanent full-time role if we are a good fit : ) and remember we always retain talent!
You will manage the warehouse and have superstar carpentry skills are valued (assembling furniture, creating shelving, etc) Tools are your best friend!
You must pass a drug screening and a criminal background check, our clients documents are highly sensitive and they require all of our team members to pass the above.
Super Hero organizational skills : )
The role is physical, moving boxes, equipment etc ? we are not kidding about the superhero part : )
Proficiency working with a hand truck to move pallets
Organizing and maintaining inventory on excel sheets (you must have this experience and be very comfortable using Microsoft Office)
Clean (perfect) driving license/record ? No DWI?s
Drive to pick up and deliver pallets of documents (alone, stressing the physicality of this job)
You can demonstrate the understanding of inventory control principles; cycle counting, inventory movement, among others
Strong interpersonal skills to work in conjunction with coworkers and superiors (positive great attitude ?. Oscar the grouch, need not apply ;)

Energetic and capable of working for prolonged periods of time on your feet and lifting loads up to 50 pounds . (a typical bankers box filled with documents and or electronic equipment).
Proficient utilizing ERP systems to manage receiving and inventory transactions.
4+ years warehouse operations
A strong drive for results is critical
Critical-Thinking Skills a must: you will need to thoughtfully devise and implement plans, processes, procedures - and assess regularly
Problem-Solving Skills: you will need to be available and prepared when problems arise, anticipate problems before they happen and proactively resolve problems (not symptoms)
College students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply!
