Job Description:
The Finance Accounting Analyst- Entry Level will work closely with and report to the Finance and Accounting Managers.
We are currently seeking a Finance Accounting Analyst to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Conduct cost analysis on financial programs and operations.
Determine financial status and analyze forecast results.
Manage day to day Accounts Receivable/Account Payable functions and processes as needed.
Work closely with management to ensure company operations are in accordance with annual and monthly budget.
Provide customer support to our customers regarding invoicing matters.
Communicate billing activity on a regular basis with clear and reliable data.
Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies.
Update accounts receivable database with new accounts or missed payments.
Extract data from multiple sources, research, analyze and resolve all issues related to financial transactions.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through good communications, accurate records and timely performance.
Assist in implementing and maintaining accounting procedures and internal controls.
Resolve accounting errors on a timely basis with documentation.
Prepare profit and loss models.
Qualifications:
Degree in business, accounting, finance, or other related fields
Advanced spreadsheet skills - Preferred
Strong attention to detail
Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
