Fast growing accounting and consulting firm seeks a qualified individual to assist our accounting staff in providing bookkeeping services for our clients. Qualified individuals will have the opportunity to join our employee friendly culture
This individual will be responsible for the following functions:
Entering bank transactions and reconciliations
Bill Pay, invoicing
Accounts ReceivableMonthly financial closings
Preparing various account reconciliations,
Assisting with financial projects,
Assist in preparing financial statements for audit, review and compilation engagements.
Fixed asset, Depreciation and Amortization schedules
Budgeting and Forecasting
Qualifications:
At least 6 years relevant work experience
An understanding of accounting principles
Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written
Problem solver
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, QuickBooks
