As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will play a critical role in getting LEAF College Savings? employee benefits products into the hands of human resources decision makers across the U.S.
In this role, you will join our growing team to maximize the number of high quality meetings on Sales Executives calendars and develop repeatable solutions for follow-up, prospecting, outreach, and engagement in the sales process.
This is a phone sales role where you will be expected to make 50-100 calls per day to warm leads and cold prospects. You will be paired with the sales team lead executive to get you up to speed on LEAF?s CRM, marketing and sales platform. You will support experienced sales executives and will be responsible for ensuring their calendars, email inboxes, and CRM are up-to-date to maximize their productivity and free up their time to close deals.

What does success look like?
Generate new business opportunities to drive pipeline and revenue growth
Outbound prospecting of human resource executives via cold calling, email, and other marketing campaigns
Support two sales executives through maintenance of email, calendars, phone, and the CRM system
Work closely with sales team members to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities and build relationships
Proactively look for opportunities to improve and optimize end-to-end lead management
Organize your daily call plan to hit your ?meetings set? goal for the day, week, and month

This is a full-time position at our sales office in Bethesda, Maryland, four blocks from the Bethesda Metro stop on the Red Line.
This is a salaried position and includes benefits. You will be eligible for additional bonus compensation, upwards of 60% with no cap, based on your performance and the overall performance of the sales executives you are paired with.
You will have the opportunity to grow into a sales executive role in six months or sooner based on your extraordinary performance as an SDR.
