Who we?re looking for:
We are currently expanding our inside sales team and are looking for qualified sales representatives to join us in our ambitious drive for growth. The qualified individual will play a fundamental role in helping us achieve our new customer acquisition and growth objectives. An inside sales rep at ProLogic must be comfortable in making dozens of outbound calls per day, have a general knowledge of technology and trends, and have proven success in closing sales and growing their own territory.
Responsibilities:
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Research and qualify potential customers, decision makers, and purchasers
Develop and maintain strong relationships with qualified customers through meeting the customer?s needs and requirements
Close sales and meet growth-based quotas on a monthly basis
Make 40+ phone calls daily during the territory growth period and continue to make proactive phone calls that aid in maintaining relationships
Continue education and keep abreast of current products and trends in technology
Requirements:
General understanding of current technology and services related to technology
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
BA/BS degree or equivalent in inside sales experience
Desire to help customers and build solutions based on their technology needs
Strong phone presence and experience making dozens of calls per day
Demonstrate a curiosity and desire to continue education of current technology and applications
Compensation:
Starting salary $32-36k annually
Uncapped commission
