The Sr. Director Strategic & Project Management will directly supervise Strategy and Planning, Business Development, Project Management (for projects other than Information Technology), and Performance Improvement.
What you will do:
Actively partner with leaders within SRH and with outside organizations to manage the development and implementation of projects that support SRH strategic objectives.
Coordinate aspects of acquisition projects as directed by the Chief Operating Officer.
Develops and generates strategic development recommendations through independent analysis knowledge of healthcare regulation, governmental affairs and business environment.
Serve as the primary point person for the comprehensive compilation and meaningful interpretation of external information and data, market information, and competitor analysis.
Directs resulting strategic and business planning for any assigned enterprise initiatives, as well as for designated departments and business lines. Identify opportunities for business and service line expansion, complete with feasibility studies and risk analysis in collaboration with operating leaders.
Coordinate and align market-driven growth across departments and while aligning with the enterprise growth strategy.
Directly supervise the Strategy and Planning, Business Development, Project Management (for projects other than Information Technology), and Performance Improvement.
Demonstrate knowledge of methods and techniques for strategic planning, business and product development, risk and financial management, marketing strategy and tactics, and communications planning within an integrated and highly matrixed environment.
Demonstrate ability to apply knowledge of healthcare operations, physician group, ambulatory, and patient care financing, as well as standards and laws applicable to managing business development and planning issues.
Maintain diverse knowledge of healthcare trends, industry direction, regulatory compliance, competitive intelligence, and market research with the ability to integrate the information into actionable strategic and long-range plans.
Directly supervises Business Development, Project Management (for projects other than Information Technology), LEAN/Sigma, and Productivity.
What you will need:
MHA or MBA, ideally a Bachelors in Project Management
Minimum of 5 years healthcare strategic business development , healthcare regulatory policy analysis, LEAN/Sigma and performance improvement, and healthcare project management experience.
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
LEAN/Sigma Black Belt Certification and Project Management Professional Certification Preferred.
