Training Specialist With Hotel Controller Experience Job Opening in Raleigh, North carolina - Inn-Flow is an ERP web application that is designed specifically for the hotel industry, with modules for Accounting, Labor Management, Sales, Procurement, Payroll, and Facilities Management. Inn-Flow went to market in 2014 and now has hotels representing all major brands, located throughout the US. We?re a small company with large backing and a product that is poised to be the market leaderWe?re looking for a hotel accounting professional to join our implementation and customer support team. The Training Specialist (TS) will apply their vast knowledge of hotel operations, hotel accounting expertise, and detailed understanding of Inn-Flow to train and support new and existing Inn-Flow clients. The TS will be the primary point of contact for all new clients, assisting them through setup and training on all modules and features in the Inn-Flow software suite. All training and support is provided through phone and web conferencing. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a product that is already proven in the marketplace and recommended by major brands, like Marriott and IHG. We?re looking for an individual with solid hotel accounting experience, with a passion for hospitality operations, and the ability to convey that passion through training.
