Territory Sales Manager Job Opening in Tyler, Texas - AtWork Group is in search for a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager for a growing company in the Tyler area.

Shift: Day shift
The selected candidate will:
Sell company products and services to potential and current customers in defined sales territory.
Strive to meet all sales goals and advance sales strategy within assigned territory. Identify and resolve customer concerns.
Acquire and maintain knowledge and technical expertise necessary to design and sell to industrial and commercial customers.
Obtain and manage relationships with sub-distributors, OEM?s, engineering firms and mechanical contractors.
Coordinate with assigned Inside Sales Representatives to support sales activities and customer follow-up.
Prepare proposals for customers to include quotations, product literature, system design details, and performance specifications
Build weekly itineraries and submit call reports.
The successful candidate?s background will include:
Bachelors Degree required.
Minimum 3 years outside sales/territory management experience, preferably in industry related to steel.
Good communication skills/phone skills (required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Good driving record and valid driver?s license (required)
