In Home Sales Closer Job Opening in Austin, Texas - Envirosolar is a seller of residential home solar systems, home improvement, and energy efficiency products. We are a top 10 national solar installer and have over 100 employees in the region. Our mission is to make homeowners' lives better by reducing their energy bills, by increasing their reliance on clean and abundant renewable energy, and by providing a world-class customer experience through a reliable in home sales process and a speedy high-quality installation. We're looking for a talented in home sales professional to convert warm leads on a full-time basis. As an in home sales closer, you will receive qualified warm leads from a number of different channels, and you'll be responsible for giving an in-home presentation and closing the sale. You will use our state of the art platform to demonstrate the design, function, and benefits of custom proposals tailored to each home, while educating the homeowner on the numerous financial and other benefits of switching to solar. Best of all, you'll set your own availability while making supplemental income.

What you will do:
Sell homeowners on the value of converting their home to Solar power own the sales process for the leads you receive Use our software tools to demonstrate design proposals to customers Execute in a highly organized sales cycle and keep the team informed Receive rigorous training on selling in this fast-growing, lucrative industry How you'll get paid: We have a commission + base residual pay structure. Sales closer's are paid on the number of installs they close, along with a substantial monthly residual for the prior sales closer receive on average 10-12 qualified, warm leads per week and are expected to close at least 2 of them; commissions range from $1500-$2500 per customer, depending on the system size.
