The Outside Sales Associate is Responsible For:
Developing relationships with building owners and facility engineers to establish a new customer base while expanding the existing customer base.
Selling service agreements, quoted work, coordinating and implementing sales and marketing efforts and communicating the needs of the customer within Denali Construction Services, LP (?Denali CS?).
The right candidate must be a flexible, motivated self-starter who is energetic and able to work in a fast-paced organization.

Serves customers by understanding their needs, and providing solutions for their service needs via service contracts, and maintains customer relationships and ensures customer satisfaction
Works closely as a team member within the department as well as with other parts of the business.
Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Provides insight, in addition to information, to customers, using one?s industry knowledge and customer experience in order to best fit our services/products with the customer?s needs.
Drives efficiency and innovation by identifying and participating in internal initiatives designed to make it easier for customers to do business with the company.
Actively contributes best-practices / ideas to benefit the organization, colleagues.
Associate's degree/Bachelor?s degree OR experience in HVAC/Refrigeration, Mechanical or Controls service or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be able to pass a background check and complete pre-employment drug test with a negative result.

Base plus Commission
