Outside Sales Representative Job Opening in San Antonio, Texas - The Regional Manager is responsible for working directly with both contractors and distributors in their assigned region to grow market share and sales by developing mutually beneficial relationships and solutions. In this role, you will spend a majority of your time in the field. This region covers the Houston/Austin/San Antonio/Baton Rouge areas and requires extensive travel by car and air (up to 75%). Reporting to the National Sales Director, this position requires a high degree of initiative and the ability to work effectively and independently. Excellent customer relationship and advanced communication skills are critical to success in this position.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
At least 5 years of demonstrated sales experience in the building materials industry
Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
Valid U.S. driver's license
DIRECT RESPONSIBLITIES:
Maintain current account base and develop new accounts for revenue growth; promote Attic Breeze products to contractors, distributors, and other potential customers across multiple trade channels.
Provide information to management as it relates to pricing strategies in the region, conduct training sessions for customers regarding product knowledge via distributor, contractor meetings, etc.
Furnish management with all reports and paperwork relating to the operation and development of the sales region, strategies, product information and other competitor information which may significantly impact Attic Breeze.
Attend tradeshows, vendor expos and other industry related activities when requested by management; resolve customer complaints in your region.
Effective internal and external communication and preeminent customer service skills is a must.
Perform other duties as assigned.
COMPENSATION:
Base + Commissions + Bonus + Car Allowance (Commissions are NOT capped).
Annual Winner's Circle (Must meet required revenue stretch goal qualifiers to participate).
