The Wellstead was developed in response to demand for excellence in memory care for individuals with a diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease and other memory impairments. We care for all 4 stages of dementia at our campus as well as hospice care. We pride ourselves on the quality of care we provide our residents and the attention we give to family members. Our nursing staff receives specialized training in the care of dementia residents. The Wellstead is currently seeking PT and FT pm & noc shift (2-10p, 10p-6a) Nursing Assistants.
