Industrial Outside Sales Rep. Job Opening in Portland, Oregon - Develop and maintain a territory sales plan that focuses on key accounts
Profile and penetrate key accounts by developing strategic goals and relationships
Demonstrate basic features and benefits of our products
Identify and sell into new and existing Commercial and Industrial applications
Work up quotes, sell prices, and proposals to be presented to the customer
Provide sales forecasting information as required
Effectively utilize sales resources including manufactures' support demo equipment and presentations (training provided)
Working inside office as needed, filling in for an inside sales rep.
Must be insurable
Min., 2-3 years experience in Outside Sales
Steam/Hydronic/HVAC Equipment knowledge
Knowledge of Heat Transfer
Experience in Industries
Highly motivated and success driven
Strong knowledge of mechanical devices
Fully developed tactical sales skills (prospecting, qualifying, closing and growing existing customers)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong knowledge and understanding of computers and software including Microsoft office programs and email programs
Strong organizational skills
Possess a high degree of mechanical aptitude
M-F 8am - 5pm
$24.00/hr
Once hired on full time with company - Profit sharing/401K after one year of service with company

Work Environment:
Work location to be at office with a min., of 80% travel to customer facilities expected
Time is spent in customer facilities exposed to dust, industrial and machinery noise and heavy equipment, and roof tops
May be gone 2-3 days traveling or longer
Personal protective equipment is required and provided by the company
