I need your help to find a part-time independent contractor elder care paralegal. That is a mouthful, and I made up the term. I have one such contractor already (who happens to be a full-time RN), and it is working great for all concerned. But I have completely filled her case load and need one more contractor now and then more as this senior market grows. The contractor would meet appointments with client families during his own hours. He would assist my clients in applications and documents for Medicaid nursing home coverage and VA aid and attendance pension. Some experience in these niches is preferred. If you know of someone with this experience who is available averaging anywhere from five to 30 hours (their choice) a week, please have them e-mail me their resume and an e-mail of interest. This person would need some times available to meet with families during weekdays. Full-time personnel with law firms would likely not be candidates for this work.
