The Role
Help us solve challenging problems, shape our technical direction, impact our product vision and grow the engineering team.
Design, build and deliver performant and reliable software
Write understandable, testable code with an eye towards maintainability
Provide hands on technical leadership and participate in architectural decision-making
Own new features from design to production release
In addition to being a principal contributor, you will mentor and help other leads grow a team of developers within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Qualifications
5+ years experience as a software developer
2+ years experience building complex, scalable web and database applications
Strong computer science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and problem solving.
Experienced with Ruby, Java, C/C++, C# or any modern programming language
Excellent problem solving skills and the willingness to quickly learn new technologies and tool sets
