Functional Responsibilities
Design web and mobile user experiences for a variety of clients across different industries.
Collaborate with engineers, developers, designers, and stakeholders using agile methodologies to deliver amazing web and mobile applications.
Conducting user research, persona development, stakeholder interviews and user testing.
Designing process flow diagrams, storyboards, user flows, low to high definition wireframes.
Authoring design briefs, documentation and user stories.
Collaborate with clients and developers to implement your UX designs.
Required Qualifications
3+ years web and mobile design experience.
Design portfolio that demonstrates UX expertise across multiple platforms.
Strong wireframing skills, and knowledge of a wireframing application(s).
Strong design skills in Photoshop and/or Illustrator and other tools in the Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch.
Demonstrated understanding of software development methodologies, specifically Agile.
Experience with mobile-responsive website and app design.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with various levels in an organization.
Bonus Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Human Interface Studies, or a related field.
Experience with native mobile development (iOS, Android, Cordova or Xamarin).
Experience working with market-leading web platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, and Magento.
Basic knowledge or experience working with CRM platforms such as: Sugar, SalesForce, Zoho, or Insightly.
Basic knowledge of, or experience working with programming languages such as: javascript, C#, Net, Ruby, Python, , Angularjs, or Java.
